shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Rate Section FROM/THRU
United States Ports and Points, Carrier will assess the PIRACY THREAT
SURCHARGE (PRCY) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
   
a. On LCL, AQ or LS rated shipments TO/THRU any Port in the Countries
